Exchanges and Return Policy
If you want to exchange:
In case you find your product damaged, defective or If you receive the wrong product, we are here to help.
- Send us an email explaining the matter. We will examine and take care of both the return and re-delivery cost of your item.
In the case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange any product, as long as it is within 30 days of purchase, the product(s) is undamaged and in good condition with its original package(s).
- To make exchanges or returns, contact us with your name, order number and a brief explanation of the request, by sending us an email to email@example.com
- Upon receiving the request, we will review, and send you a confirmation email within a maximum period of 36 hours which will contain the details of the exchange or return.
- Send us the package within 7 days from the email response.
- For the return shipment, you can use the same packaging box or envelope that we use to deliver your order or use a package of your choice; however, it is important that the packaging is adequate, so the item (s) can not be damaged during transportation.
- To better help us identify your package, send it either:
- From the same address, we have on file.
- From the same client name.
- Insert the invoice in the package.
- If your new request item is not available, we will contact you so that you can make a new selection or, if necessary, reimburse you.
- The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to us. However, if your purchase was greater than $40 and/or if you are a regular customer, we can send your new exchanged item (s) for free.
- We will ship the exchange within 36 hours of receiving the package.
If you want a Refund
- You will have 7 days to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you decide that for any reason you are not content with your purchase, or change your mind, we will reimburse you the total amount of your purchase to the same payment method that you used when ordering. In this case, return shipping costs will be at customer's expense.
- Returns will be processed within 12 hours of receiving the package.
Our Shipping Policy
From time to time we offer some shipping promotions.
Normally, we offer free shipping on order over $50 unless we are running a promotion at the time, which will be published on our main page.
For the spooky month of October, we are offering FREE SHIPPING on orders over only $25. Enjoy!
We ship with the most convenient method depending on destination and order quantity.
We use USPS, UPS, FEDEX
- After you place an order, you will receive an email with order details.
- Once the shipment is in transit, you will get a second notification with the tracking number by email, and a text message if you provide us with your mobile number. Your package should arrive in 2 to 7 business days.
We ship every business day at 4:00 pm and Saturdays at 10:00 am. If you place your order before 1:00 pm weekdays or Saturdays before 8:00 am, your order will be shipped same day, otherwise, next business day.
